LOOKING FOR A HOME AWAY FROM HOME WHILE IN SCHOOL?
Hi! I am Stephanie Gee and I live with the sweetest and goofiest pup Wellington. We are looking to share our home with two considerate and kind individuals. While we know that students change residences throughout their degrees; we are hoping to open our home to folks who will want to stay with us awhile (2 – 4 years)! We live in a 3-bedroom bungalow in the east end of Guelph (10-minutes by car or 30-minutes by bus to the University). We are renting each room for $1350.00 (includes rent, all utilities, Wi-Fi, a professional cleaner to clean common areas twice/month, and general household items such as cleaning and laundry products, toilet paper, etc.). One room is furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk (any or all furniture can be removed if not wanted). The other room is not furnished; however, the individual who has this room will be provided with a desk that is part of a double-desk built-in unit in the newly renovated basement. There is space in the driveway for one car and space on the street to park a second car. Individuals who are interested in living with us must love dogs, be comfortable living with a well-trained, but excitable pup (Wellington is only 1.5 years of age), and respect household rules during Wellington’s recovery from total hip replacement surgery this fall.
