Hi! I’m a third-year student at the UofG and am looking for someone to take over my lease as I’ll be commuting for work. The lease is for an 8-month term (August or September through April).
The house is a 4-bedroom townhouse in Guelph’s South End, shared with three friendly female UofG students.

* Utilities: approximately $80/month

About the room:
* Large upstairs bedroom with lots of natural light
* Built-in closet
* Partially furnished (I’m leaving most of the furniture – just taking my bed)
* Shared bathroom

* Two refrigerators (each roommate gets half a fridge/freezer)
* Plenty of pantry/cabinet space
