The place is great for mature students (or any students looking for a place right by the 99 bus route), or working professionals!
Room 1 is on the ground floor, is slightly bigger (approx 13’x13′) and doesn’t have a closet (room pictured with shelving and desk). Room 2 is on the 2nd floor, has a pretty sizeable closet, and is slightly smaller but still big (room pictured with tapestry)!
The shared spaces on the main level of the house has a bright, large living room, a large kitchen, a second common room/den which leads to a mudroom with a 2/pc washroom and the rear entrance. The second level has a stackable washer/dryer and a massive 4 piece bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub.
Parking available for 1 car currently!
The house is located a 5 MINUTE WALK from downtown Guelph, right near Goldie Mill Park with a river-side trail just down the street.
About the roommates: The house is shared 4 other folks (mixed genders) in their early 20’s-early 40s, and most people are queer/LGBTQ+ as well. One other roommate is a PSW student and the rest of us are working professionals. Everyone’s fairly quiet and keeps to themselves for the most part, but is friendly, chill, and keeps the space pretty clean.
Erin also has a sweet cat named Whisky. He’s a gentle boy who can be skittish but is very friendly and curious. - Contact
