This is a 3 story condo unit with 2 bedrooms to one bathroom on each floor- so you would share a bathroom with one other girl as well as common spaces (kitchen, living/dining area and laundry). The basement bedroom and bathroom are rented.
Heat, hydro, water, electricity, unlimited wifi and completey furnished bedrooms are all included in the $1000/month. The house includeds all kitchen dishes, utensils and equipment (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc). Couch, coffee table, kitchen table and chairs. Bedrooms have a brand new bed, dresser and desk in each room.
Just bring bedding, pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, facecloths and personal effects. You would be responsible for buying things such as toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies, laundry soap etc. and all your food.
Last months rent is due upon signing the lease and first month’s rent would be due on September 1st and the first of every month thereafter.
