Hi! I’m a fourth-year Chemical Physics student at the University of Guelph. I’ll be starting an 8-month co-op in January 2027, so I’m looking for a 4-month sublet/lease from early September through the end of December 2026.
I’m hoping to find a place that’s reasonably close to the University of Guelph, ideally in an all-female household with parking available. My budget is under $850/month, and I’m happy with either a furnished or unfurnished room.
A little about me: I’m quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. Most of my time is spent studying, working out at the gym, or relaxing at home.
