We live at the end of Water St will be renting out our first floor to a single person who is looking for a quiet place near the river and river trail. It’s 10-15 minute walk to bus routes that goes to university or a 30 minute walk to university.
It is a biggish mostly furnished space, with 3 piece bathroom and a kitchenette. Access to patio with patio furniture. Entrance is through the garage and a sliding door to patio but only interior door can be locked from outside. Sliding door can only be locked from inside.
All utilities, wifi and laundry are included.
We need a non-smoker. My family occupies the two floors above. We have a dog. So we will share the entrance from the garage and the hall between laundry room and your unit.
We have updated some of the furniture, painted, added small appliances and put up new curtains since these photos were taken. There is a working fireplace but it can’t be used by a tenant for insurance purposes. - Contact
