Private room available starting Sept 1st – All-girls, 6-bed, 2.5-bath house
We’re all upper-year/grad students looking for someone who plans to stay longer-term!
– Rent: $660/month (utilities included) + ~25 for wifi
– We are just off of Edinburgh S, so we have a ton of necessities and shopping nearby
– Buses: We are approximately a 1-2 minute walk from 2 different bus stops that are serviced by the 1, the 2, and the 52U. It is around a 7-minute bus ride to the University and around an 8-minute walk to Gordon and Solstice 2, where you can take the 99 bus route.
– Parking available!
– Queer-friendly
The room is on the top floor of the house (there are two floors of rooms), and you would share a washroom with two other roommates. The laundry room is on the first floor of bedrooms, along with the washrooms.
We love a friendly, relaxed home where we hang out in the common areas, share meals or study together, but also respect each other’s space and schedules.
