– The basement has its own kitchen, living area, full bathroom, and separate entrance, while still having full access to the rest of the house
– Great location!
– On the corner of Edinburgh Rd and College
– Super close to the University of Guelph, bus routes, grocery stores, Stone Road Mall, etc!
