My budget is around $700–$950/month, preferably with utilities included or reasonably priced, preferably furnished. I’m looking for a place close to the University of Guelph main campus or with an easy/short bus ride to campus.
I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to get along with. I’m open to living in a student house with other students or a shared house with a private bedroom.
