Hello everyone!
We’re currently looking for one female roommate to join our 4 bedroom townhouse starting September 1st(As this will be a female-only household, we’re only looking for female applicants). It’s a 12-month lease, and there are two room options available:
Purple upstairs bedroom: $770/month + utilities
* Basement room (optional alternative): $870/month + utilities
Only one room is available, so you can choose whichever option works best for you! The basement room is more spacious, offering much more living space compared to the upstairs bedroom.

About the house:
• Unfurnished
• 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms
• In-unit laundry
• Dishwasher, fridge, microwave, garage, etc.
• 2 parking spots available(none of us have cars, so you would be welcome to use them!)
• About a 15-minute walk to Stone Road Mall
• Around 15–20 minutes to the University of Guelph by bus (Route 1 or 15)
We’re hoping to keep the house quiet, comfortable, and study-focused, so we’re looking for someone who also prefers a calm living environment with no parties or frequent hosting. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
Documents required for the lease:
Proof of income, two pay stubs, and a full credit report if you are paying your own rent. If someone else will be financially supporting you, these documents would instead be required from that person. Tenant insurance is also required before the lease begins.
We’re currently hoping to find someone urgently, as there are only about two weeks left before the move-in date. We can provide detailed information about the house, along with a photos and video tours that we recorded during our own viewing. If you are currently outside Guelph or unable to attend an in-person viewing, you are more than welcome to review everything remotely and proceed directly with the rental agency if you feel comfortable. Given the short timeline, preference will be given to someone who is comfortable moving forward without an additional in-person viewing and is ready to proceed with the rental process soon.
