Description
Larger furnished bedroom available now and smaller furnished bedroom Sept. 1st both well furnished. Kitchen well equipped, and no coin laundry machines in basement. Other residents are quiet and three are PhD either employed U of G U of W , one of them employed at Linamar. Street parking only, (free on the north side of Fairview Blvd., no parking on the south side. Rent includes utilities and wifi. We are looking for a 12 month lease, but would consider 8 month at a higher monthly rate. Earphones for music please, no pets, no smoking and co-operative kitchen/bathroom hygiene expected of the residents. Comfortable furnished living/dining areas, Gordon Street buses are a 3 or 4 minute walk, house is quite near the river parks and downtown within 15 minute walk across the Speed river. You can walk up to campus (north edge) in about 10 minutes. House welcomes International students from around the Globe, who arrive with no furniture, … but we have one Canadian also!
