Bicycle parking in locked garage. Large kitchen with brand new electric range includes air-fry, sink and lots of refrigerator space…. 3 full size fridges. This kitchen serves 5 residents in all, Nice living room area adjacent. House has 3 bathrooms, one on each level. The laundry is downstairs no coins required. Looking for 12 month leasing … Most of our residents are doing PhD or Master’s Headphones for music please, no pets and no smoking!
We do have a couple of undergrads but this is not a party house! We will consider someone quiet and academically focussed who leaves kitchen and common facilities clean after personal use.
