Historic Limestone Home (circa 1860) – 8 month lease – renovated this summer, 7 minute walk from downtown location, 5 minute walk to Gordon St bus stop. Two full bathrooms, large kitchen with 2 fridges, and parking. This is a mixed M/F house with everyone moving in on Sept and all strangers to each other. I hope to find at least 1 more F to balance the group. It is important to me to find appropriate people to create a good household dynamic/vibe so the 8 months is enjoyable for everyone!
