This is a room-and-board opportunity for a responsible and respectful student who values the comfort and stability of living in a private home.

This furnished space is small but cozy and is complete with a study space and kitchenette (kettle, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator.) All Utilities included (heat, hydro, water, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi.) Your private 4 piece bathroom is located on the upper level of the home. Access to laundry on scheduled days as well as a shared parking space is also available. You would also be provided with one home-cooked meal, five days per week. The bedroom is small and located on the ground level of the home. What makes this opportunity special is everything that comes with it. For a student who isn’t looking for the traditional student-house experience, this offers an opportunity to live in a clean, comfortable and established home, with home-cooked meals and a household that genuinely wants you to feel welcome.
