We are offering a furnished private room in our owner-occupied Guelph condo townhouse to one University of Guelph student who would appreciate a quiet, comfortable and welcoming place to call home while attending school.
This is a room-and-board opportunity for a responsible and respectful student who values the comfort and stability of living in a private home.
WHAT’S INCLUDED – $1200/MONTH
Your private space is a small, furnished room complete with bed and linens, lamp, study space, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator. All Utilities included (heat, hydro, water, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, plus TV.) Your private 4 piece bathroom is located on the upper level of the home. You would also have access to a shared powder room on the main floor. and access to do laundry on scheduled days. You would also be provided with one home-cooked meal, five days per week.
A HOME AWAY FROM HOME
The bedroom is small and located on the ground level of the home. We want to be upfront about its size. What makes this opportunity special is everything that comes with it. For a student who isn’t looking for the traditional student-house experience, this offers an opportunity to live in a clean, comfortable and established home, with home-cooked meals and a household that genuinely wants you to feel welcome.
WHO WOULD BE A GOOD FIT?
We are looking for one quiet, mature, responsible student who is respectful of a shared home and would appreciate a peaceful living environment. Undergraduate, graduate, international and mature students are all welcome to inquire. Finding the right fit for the household is important.
