You’ll be sharing the second floor with an international psychology student. As well as the landlord who’s in the basement. The second floor bath , that is kept immaculate, is students only

The house has a water softener and RO drinking water system, you also have individual room temp control.
There are pets in the house, a small dog and a cat.
9-minute walk to a direct bus ride to campus (Route 17 there and 18 back) also a 6-minute walk to a bus to downtown.
This price is $800 a month (per room) includes ALL utilities, laundry& Fast WiFi .
There is NO parking available.
You have to be a University of Guelph student.
