Hi I’m looking for an apartment/room for the winter semester, from January to April 2027. My budget is around $1,200/month but I’m flexible depending on the place and location.
I’m also open to extending or signing another lease after April. But I won’t know for sure right now, so I’d ideally like a place where extending after the winter semester could be an option.
