Bicycle parking in locked garage. Potential parking space parallel to Borden on the road allowance, if needed. Large kitchen with brand new electric range includes air-fry, sink and lots of refrigerator space…. 3 full size fridges. This kitchen serves 5 residents in all, Nice furnished living room area adjacent. House has 3 full 4 piece bathrooms, one on each level. The common shared house laundry is downstairs no coins required. We are looking for 7 to 12 month leasing … Most of our residents are doing PhD or Master’s degrees. We do have a couple of undergrads but this is not a party house! We will consider someone quiet and academically focussed who leaves kitchen and common facilities clean after personal use.
