Female Sublet – Solstice 1 | January–April 2027
Looking for a female student to sublet my room in a clean, all-female 3-bedroom apartment in Solstice 1 from January–April 2027, with the option to move in early, in late December.
Rent: $1,045/month + utilities
The bedroom includes your own private bathroom and closet. The common areas are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need.
I am looking for someone to purchase my IKEA bed frame and desk for the bedroom for $400 cad. The bed frame has built-in drawers underneath for extra storage. I will also be selling a full-length mirror and desk mirror, which can be purchased optionally.
Solstice 1 is conveniently located across from multiple bus stops, including GO Transit, and is approximately a 10-minute bus ride from the University of Guelph. Guelph Transit routes 99S, 56U, and 5 Goodwin provide several options for getting to and from campus.
