We are looking for a new tenant for the massive master bedroom on the upper floor which will become available unfurnished from December 1, 2026. The monthly rent will be $900 plus utilities. Shared utilities (including hydro, gas, water and internet) splitting equally among 4 occupants is approximately $65/person/month based on past usage. One parking spot on the driveway is available at $50/month. We are flexible on lease term to be discussed.
The other 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and the basement bedroom are occupied by 3 male students with lease term ending on April 30, 2027.
