Hi everyone! I’m a 3rd-year male science student returning from co-op and looking for a sublet for the Winter 2027 term, (January 1 to April 30).
What I’m looking for:
-Private bedroom with a private washroom
-Condo or shared house, ideally close to campus
-Furnished preferred
-Budget: $900/month, and I’m happy to go up to $1,000 for a nicer place or a great location
About me:
I’m quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces and other people’s routines. I’ll mostly be at campus to focus on my studies and I also work remotely, so you can count on a calm, low-key housemate with no parties and no drama. I’m easy to communicate with, always pay rent on time, and will treat your home with respect.
