Two bedrooms are available in a fully detached 4-bedroom house, with two third-year students currently occupying the other two bedrooms. Open to leasing or subletting. Tenancy would run from Dec. 1st, 2026 to Apr. 30th, 2027 (later move in dates available for winter term), with option to renew lease after.
Both available rooms are unfurnished, located upstairs, with a shared bathroom between the upstairs rooms.
Rent for the smaller room is $850 and $900 for the bigger room, including utilities (not internet).
Washer and dryer are available, with ample parking space in our driveway.
~2 minute walk to the 8 Janefield bus line, and ~10 minute walk to the 99 Mainline bus line. 5 minute drive to the University of Guelph campus.
We are looking for clean, respectful and considerate roommates. This is a great place for students and/or young professionals!
