Hi everyone, I’m looking for a roommate to move into my 2b1b apartment located in downtown Guelph at the start of November (or December if necessary)! I’m currently a MSc student at the University of Guelph and am looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful roommate.
About the place:
– $1,175/month rent (each) + $50/month utilities + Wi-Fi ($22/month)
– Large windows, spacious living room, and awesome sunroom
– Right near the 99 N/S bus route
– In-unit laundry
– Bedroom is not furnished. Common space is furnished.
What I’m looking for in a roommate:
– Clean and tidy – respectful of the space, cleans up after themselves when using common areas (washing dishes, tidying, regularly sweeping, etc.).
– Queer or queer-friendly
– Likes animals (I have two cats), but preferably is not bringing any additional dogs/cats into the space
– Down to foster a welcoming and comfortable home environment!
