The room includes a closet and large window on the second floor. Located in a quiet part of Guelph with a 10-minute walk to a grocery store and other amenities, and less than a 5-minute walk to a bus stop. Rent is $755/month not including the monthly utilities.
Looking for a well-mannered person who can get along with others and is tidy. Must be OK living with both men and women. Must also be OK living with a female cat.
