SUBLET FOR WINTER SEMESTER
I am looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and friendly roommate to sublet my room in a 3-bedroom garden-walkout basement apartment for January to April 30, 2027 (with an opportunity for early move-in starting December 15th if interested!)
My one roommate is a 5th year environment science student and my other roommate is a 2nd year psychology student.
The bedroom will be unfurnished and the living room will be mostly unfurnished once I move into my new place, so there will be plenty of space in the common areas if you have any furniture that you would like to bring!
The unit has central ac, a dishwasher, and an in-unit front load washer and dryer.
It’s in a great neighborhood near Rickson & Kortright, 15 minute bus commute from campus and within a 15 minute walk to Zehrs and Domenic’s No Frills.
Rent will be $750/month plus hydro. All other utilities and wifi are included.
There are no driveway parking spots available, but past tenants have been able to find neighbors willing to rent them driveway spaces.
No smoking.
No pets.
