Hi! We’re a group of 5 first-year students at the University of Guelph looking for a house to rent for the 2027–2028 school year.
We’re clean, responsible, and respectful tenants who will look after the property and treat it like our own home. We’re hoping to find a place with a bedroom for each of us, ideally within walking distance or a short bus ride from campus.
Our budget is $700–$1,050 per person per month, utilities included. We’re flexible on move-in date and open to a 7 or 12-month lease.
