Hi there! I’m looking for a place to rent or sublet for the W27 semester. My budget is between $700-900 and I am looking for a property on the south side (univsersity side) of Guelph. I am okay with an all female or co-ed house. I am a third year student studying CJPP. I am outgoing and enjoy going out, making friends, and I do enjoy having visitors every now and then. In my free time I like to play guitar, go on hikes, shop, play video games, watch movies, and hang out.
