Hi! I’m a University of Waterloo student starting a co-op at Linamar (Frank Hasenfratz Centre, 700 Woodlawn Rd W) in January, and I’m looking for a room to sublet for the Winter 2027 term (January 11 – April 30, 2027).
Budget: Up to $900/month, ideally with utilities included. Negotiable.
Location: Somewhere with an easy commute to Woodlawn Rd W. Ideal areas are the west/northwest end (Imperial, Elmira, Willow, Speedvale), Exhibition Park, or downtown near Guelph Central Station. Anywhere on Guelph Transit Routes 17, 18 or 20 works great.
About me: Clean, quiet and respectful. I’ll be working full-time during the week, so I’m out most of the day. I’m happy to share common spaces and I’m easy to live with.
A furnished room is preferred, but unfurnished is totally fine too. I’m open to a shared house or apartment. Please email me with the address, rent, what’s included, and the move-in/move-out dates. Thanks!
