Hey everyone! 👋
We have 2 rooms available in our lovely student house, one is mine and the other belongs to my friend who’s going abroad. You can rent one or both, whatever works best for you!
✨ About the house:
– 4 girls total, super friendly and easy-going atmosphere 💕
– All utilities included (heat, hydro, water, Wi-Fi — everything!)
– Fully furnished – bed, desk, chair, drawers, and even a TV in the room
– 2 large closets and lots of space — the room is very spacious!
– Bus stop literally outside the house, and a 35 minute walk to the University (perfect for students!)
– We’re flexible with the move-in date: December or January is fine.
– Lease options: Winter term (Dec/Jan–May) or Summer term (May–August).
We’re happy to chat about furniture or small changes if you’d like to bring your own things. 😊
